Safety and payments
Private details stay protected. Rent stays between tenant and landlord.
SpotRentt coordinates access and records. It cannot replace an in-person viewing, identity checks, payment verification, or your own judgement.

A preview is public enough to compare—not enough to expose a home.

What an unlock grants
An unlock grants the defined protected-detail package for one unit. Under the current policy, the same tenant is not charged again to reopen that same unit. It does not guarantee that availability cannot change after the unlock.
Availability and reports
The property team owns the vacancy state.
A unit can change between search and viewing. Reporting gives the platform a structured way to review what happened.
Unavailable
The unit is already occupied or no longer being offered.
Suspicious
The person, request, or payment instruction does not match what you expected.
Duplicated or incorrect
The listing repeats another unit or materially describes it incorrectly.
Unsafe
The property, viewing arrangement, or interaction presents a safety concern.
Viewing safety
Treat the app as a starting record, not the end of your checks.
- See the unit in person before making a tenancy decision.
- Verify the person you meet and the payment destination they provide.
- Do not send a deposit merely because a listing exists on SpotRentt.
- Use reporting and support if the unit, person, or instructions differ from the record.
Where the money goes
Rent goes to the landlord's own paybill, till, or bank destination. SpotRentt receives payments for coins and property subscriptions—not rent. During the mover pilot, customers pay mover companies directly under the agreed arrangement.
